Privacy Policy

PokeGem ("we", "our", "us") operates pokegemhq.com and the linked Discord community (the "Service"). This page explains what data we collect, how we use it, and the rights you have.
What we collect
- Discord account data: your Discord user ID, username, and server roles when you join the server or link your account.
- Email and billing: if you become a paid Member, we collect your email address and payment method through Stripe. Full card numbers never touch our servers; Stripe is the processor of record.
- Usage data: server activity (messages sent, slash commands used, role assignments) for moderation and product analytics. Retained for 90 days unless required longer for safety or legal reasons.
How we use it
- Operate and maintain the Discord community.
- Process Member subscriptions, billing, and support requests.
- Detect abuse and enforce the community guidelines.
- Send service-related emails (receipts, billing notices, important policy changes). We do not send marketing email without your explicit opt-in.
Who we share it with
- Stripe: payment processor. See Stripe's privacy policy.
- Discord: your activity inside the Discord client is governed by Discord's privacy policy.
- We do not sell your personal data. We may disclose data when required by law (subpoena, valid government request).
Your rights
In accordance with the data protection laws of your region, including GDPR (EU/UK), CCPA/CPRA (California), PIPEDA (Canada), the Privacy Act 1988 (Australia), and similar regulations elsewhere, you can request access to, correction of, portability of, or deletion of your personal data at any time by emailing privacy@pokegemhq.com. We respond within 30 days. Requesting deletion will end your Discord access and any active Member subscription.
Cookies and tracking
The marketing site itself sets no tracking cookies and uses no third-party analytics that would identify you personally. The Discord application and Stripe checkout pages use their own cookies, governed by their respective policies linked above.
Minors
PokeGem is intended for users 18 and older. We do not knowingly collect data from anyone under 18. If you believe a minor has shared personal information with us, contact us and we will delete it.
Changes
We may update this policy. Material changes will be posted in the Discord announcements channel and reflected in the "Effective" date above.
